Community Nursing Care

Nursing services are directed by experienced registered nurses and performed by enrolled endorsed nurses, enrolled nurses and assistant nurses in the comfort of your own home.

High Intensity Daily Personal Activities

Depending on a person's goals and needs, this part of the NDIS plan may cover assistance with or supervision of daily living activities.

Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities

Report said addressing the relatively lower levels of community participation and inclusion for people with disability will have important benefits.

Overnight Care - Active and non Active

The carer is provided with a bed and is on hand if requested – but can generally expect to get a reasonable night’s sleep, providing reassurance to relieve the anxiety of being alone at night.

Household Tasks

Support traveller to participate successfully in household tasks as able, is not able to undertake.

Day Program / Group Centre

Assist and encourage travellers to participate in group based community, social and recreational activities whilst on tour.

Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement. Assisting with and/or supervising tasks of daily life with a focus on developing the skills of the individuals to live as autonomously as possible.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

The Disability Trust provides support to help you develop life skills that can assist you to live independently in the community.
